All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Harry "Happy" Day - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, May 29, 1980 Services for Harry "Happy" Day were Friday in Crothers Funeral Home with the Rev. Bobby Xxxxx officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah. Mr. Day died Tuesday in E. A. Conway Memorial Hospital in Monroe after a long illness. He was a native of Denver, Colo., a Tallulah resident for 12 years, and was a World War II veteran. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Day of Tallulah; two sons, Xxxx Day of Santa Barbara, Calif., and P. J. Day of Tallulah; five daughters, Tina Day, Daphne Day and Melissa Day, all of Tallulah, Jeri Harper and Sherri Harper, both of San Jose, Calif.; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Day of Denver, Colo.; three brothers, Bob Day of Sirevista, Ariz.. Frank Day and Pat Day, both of Denver; and six grandchildren. Pallbearers were Ray Hutto, Pete Hutto, Levell Hutto, Randy Hutto, Boyd Mulkey and Doug Cummins.
