Day - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal March 17, 1993 Funeral services for Mr. Herbert B. Day, 75, of Alexandria, were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Calvary Baptist Church. Burial was in Alexandria Memorial Gar-dens under direction of John Kramer and Son Funeral Home. Mr. Day died Tuesday morning in St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria. He was a native of Tallulah and a retired civil service engineer with the Department of Transportation, State of Louisiana. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Peggy Day of Alexandria; one son, Mike Day of Alexandria; one daughter, Jan Day Gravel of Baton Rouge; one sister, Joyce Day of Groves, Tex. and one grandson. The family requests that memorials may be made to World Missions or T.V Ministries at Calvary Baptist Church, 5011 Jackson Street Ext., Alexandria, La. 71301.
