All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Lee Craig Dearman Madison Parish, LA From Hattiesburg MS American November 10, 2015 Lee Craig Dearman, 73, of Hattiesburg, MS and Oxford, MS passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford, MS. Lee was born to Harriet Frances Kathan and Emmett Cox Craig on February 21, 1942 in Vicksburg, MS. She grew up in Tallulah, LA and attended the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS where she was a member of Tri Delta sorority. She married and raised her three children in Hattiesburg. Lele, as she was known by her loved ones, enjoyed spending time with family and friends at her Lake Bruin, Louisiana camp. She was an incredible cook and had a talent for entertaining and decorating. She was also an avid supporter of the University of Mississippi and loved her Rebels. Lee was preceded in death by her parents and stepfather Salo Abrahm, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Marion Dearman; two sons, Raymond "Buddy" Marion Dearman, Jr. (Laura) of Memphis, TN and Commodore Craig Dearman (Kim) of Dallas, TX; daughter, Lee Kathan Dearman of New Orleans, LA; two grandchildren, Raymond "Tripp" Marion Dearman III and Lockie Monette Dearman, both of Memphis, TN. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at Main Street United Methodist Church in Hattiesburg, MS. Visitation will be from 1:30 to 3:00, with the service following immediately thereafter. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Main Street United Methodist Church, P. O. Box 1009, Hattiesburg, MS 39403 or Oxford-University United Methodist Church, 424 South 10th Street, Oxford, MS 38655.
