All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Jessie Jacquelyn DeSonier - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Monroe News-Star November 11, 2012 Funeral services for Jessie Jacquelyn DeSonier, 82 of Baker, La. will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, November 12, 2012 in the chapel of Cox Funeral Home of Delhi with Rev. Robert Warren officiating. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. Monday until time of services. Burial will be in the Crowville Masonic Cemetery. Mrs. DeSonier was a native of Madison Parish, La. and was a homemaker and a medical technologist. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ashley Sanders Holloway and Lessie Mae Welch Holloway; her husband, Maj. Harold Leo DeSonier, Jr.; three brothers, Huel, Tad and Herman Holloway and four sisters, Arlene Arledge, Hazel Cage, Vivian Parker and Carolyn O'Brien. She is survived by three children, Harold L. DeSonier III of Baker, La., Leslie Sweet of Central, La. and Jacquelyn DeSonier of Jackson, La.; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one brother, Ronnie Powell Holloway and wife Faye of Tallulah, La. and numerous nieces and nephew.
