Donaldson - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, August 13, 1986 Funeral services for Mr. Clyde R. Donaldson, 79, were at 1 p.m. Sunday in Edmonds Funeral Home Chapel in Jonesboro with Rev. Jimmy Miller and Rev. Mark Briggs officiating. Burial was in Hodge Cemetery under direction of Edmonds Funeral Home. Mr. Donaldson died Aug. 7 in Newport Richey, Fla. where he was living, after a short illness. Mr. Donaldson was a longtime resident of Madison Parish. He was a retired farmer, a member of the Newport Richey Church of Christ, a Mason and a Shriner. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Jessie Donaldson of Newport Richey; one daughter, Melba Jean Arnold of Bayonette Point, Fla.; one step-daughter, Nelwyn J. Costa of Ramsey, N. J.; one step-son, Billy G. Tullos of West Lafayette, Ind.; three sisters, Mrs. Thelma Kelly of Hodge, Mrs. Jo Etta Hawsey of Epps and Mrs. Lorene Walsworth of Jonesboro; three brothers, Rev. Terrel Donaldson of Carthage, Miss., Mr. Wilbur Donaldson of Hodge and Mr. James B. Donaldson of Epps; 12 grand-children and six great-grandchildren.
