Bascom K. (Sonny) Doyle, 50, of Huntingdon, Penn., was stricken at his home Sunday morning and 
pronounced dead-on-arrival at a Huntingdon hospital.

Doyle was a former resident of Tallulah and a 1942 graduate of Tallulah High School.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Methodist Church in Doyline, La. and burial 
followed there.

The Doyle family requests that any memorials be sent to the Methodist Hospital in New Orleans.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Anita Hill Doyle, one son, Bart Doyle, a daughter, Suzanne Doyle, 
his father and two sisters.
