Dundas - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, November 2, 1951 Miss Mary E. Dundas Funeral services for Miss Mary E. Dundas, former postmistress at Delta, La., were held Wednesday morning at 10:30 at the Fisher funeral chapter, Vicksburg, Miss., with the Rev. Robert M. Allen, rector of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church,officiating. Burial followed in the Vicksburg City Cemetery. Pallbearers were Claude Brady, J. O. Beaupre, R. C. Webb, Watson McDonald, all of Delta; Lee Reynolds of Gallam, Miss., J. T. Pickett and Jesse Hester, Sr., of Vicksburg. Miss Dundas, who died at a Vicksburg hospital Monday afternoon, was 78. She served as postmistress at Delta for 32 years. She was a member of the Episcopal Church. She leaves three brothers, John Dundas of West Monroe, La., Garrett L. Dundas and Henry Dundas of Delta; three nieces and eleven nephews.
