Dunning - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal August 14, 1991 Funeral services for Mrs. Cordie M. Dunning, 75, were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Parkview Baptist Church with Rev. John Rushing and Rev. Duewayne Tullos officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery under direction of Crothers Funeral Home. Mrs. Dunning died Friday at Madison Parish Hospital after a short illness. She was a native of Atlanta, La. and had been a resident of Tallulah for the past 54 years. She was a homemaker and a charter member of Parkview Baptist Church, where she was very active. Survivors include her husband, Bill Dunning of Tallulah; two sons, Ross Murphy and Tommy Dunning, both of Tallulah; two sisters, Mrs. Belva Deckard of Tallulah and Mrs. Irene Marshall of Shreveport; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Harold Bolton, George Glass, Dusty Butler, Alan Williams, Wayne Henderson and Cecil Wells.
