Dye of Tallulah passed away at Olive Branch Nursing Home Mon., Nov. 16, 2015, following a lengthy battle with leukemia. He was born November 16, 1935, in Choudrant, La. Dye was a U.S. Army veteran, a member of Parkview Baptist Church and the American Legion. He was preceded in death by his parents. E G. Dye and Marie Dye Denton; infant sister, Bobbie June Dye: brother, John W. Dye; and granddaughter, Megan Margrave. Dye is survived by his wife, Glenda Dye of Tallulah; daughter, Sheri Margrave of West Monroe; son, Eddie (Kay) Dye Jr., of Tallulah; sister, Glenda (Gary) Smith, of West Monroe; sister, Sheila Spangler of Columbia; sister-in-law, Cheryl Dye of West Monroe and nephews and nieces, Michael Nugent, Rhonda Allen, John Dye, Donnie Dye, Robbie Dye, Jessica Martinez, Trey Spangler, James Smith and Tracy Boyer and their spouses and children.
