All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Josephine Edwards - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal October 24, 1990 Funeral services for Mrs. Josephine Edwards, 79, were at 2 p.m. Friday at Crothers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ebie McGee officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery. Mrs. Edwards died Wednesday, Oct. 17 at the Madison Parish Hospital. She was born in Mississippi and had lived in Madison Parish for the past 66 years. She was a homemaker and a member of Mound Baptist Church. Survivors include three sisters-in-law, Edna Edwards of New Orleans, Bessie Edwards of Gilbert and Lillie Goings of Tallulah; one brother-in-law, Hubert Edwards of Alabama; and a number of nieces and nephews. Nephews served as pallbearers.
