All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Grady Erwin Sr. - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post August 19, 2009 TALLULAH — Grady Erwin Sr. died Monday, Aug. 17, 2009, at River Region Medical Center. He was 67. Mr. Erwin was born in Reform, Miss., and had lived in Tallulah for 37 years. He retired as owner of Tallulah Fuel Injection and was a member of Parkview Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Vera Erwin of Tallulah; one son, Grady Erwin Jr. of Tallulah; one daughter, Ladena Essex of Lake Providence; two sisters, Maurine Smith of Mathiston, Miss., and Deleene Pruden of Louise, Miss.; and eight grandchildren. Services were at 10 a.m. today at Parkview Baptist Church in Tallulah with the Rev. Rayland Trisler officiating. Burial followed at Blythe Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Mathiston under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home. Pallbearers were grandsons and nephews.
