All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Edward William Faust - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, August 17, 1951 Edward William Faust Mr. Edward William Faust, 72-year-old resident of Tendal, La, died Tuesday morning, August 14 in a Shreveport Hospital, following a lingering illness. A native of Cairo, Ill., he had made his home Tendal since 1912. He was a well known lumberman, and had been associated with the Tendal Lumber Co. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon at 4 o'clock at the residence, with the Rev. Mr. Cooper, of the Church of God, Dunn, La., officiating. Burial followed in the Masonic Cemetery, Delhi, under the direction of Young's Funeral Home. Besides his wife, Mrs. Katie Patton Faust, he is survived by one son, Earl Edward Faust, Pollock, La.; two daughters. Mrs. S. K. Anderson, Vicksburg, Miss.; Mrs. H. A. Fisher, Monroe, La.; one brother, Roy Faust, St. Louis, Mo.; two sisters, Mrs. Myrtice Patrick Sikeston, Mo.; Mrs. Pearl Editson, Caro Ill. and 13 grandchildren.
