March 3, 1961 ~ December 2, 2023 62 Years Old

Richard A. Foreman passed away Saturday, December 2, 2023, at Ochsner LSU Health in Shreveport, Louisiana, at the age of 62. Richard was born March 3, 1961, in San Angelo, Texas, to Arnold Horace and Acineth Faye Bruton Foreman. He graduated from Richfield High School in Waco, Texas.

Richard is preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack and Myrtle Bruton of Gholson, Texas; parents, Arnold and Faye Foreman of Gholson, Texas; and two sisters, Sue Barker of Gholson, Texas, and Jeanie DeVaney of Waco, Texas.

Richard is survived by his wife of 27 years, Whonda Weathersby Foreman of Tallulah, Louisiana; sister, Debbie Oswald and husband Steve of Waco, Texas; mother-in-law, Leona Weathersby (Randy) of Newellton, Louisiana; two sisters-in-law, Betty Worrell (Joey) of Tallulah, Louisiana, and Joann Johnson (Frank) of Vicksburg, Mississippi; and many nieces and nephews of Tallulah, Louisiana, and Vicksburg, Mississippi; and numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends in Waco, Texas, and Tallulah, Louisiana.

Richard was a life-long trucker. He enjoyed fishing, camping, racing, motorcycles, and picking on his wife. “You are forever in our hearts!”

A memorial service for Richard will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, December 16, 2023, at Parkview Baptist Church in Tallulah with Bro. Jason Lupo officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM.
