Fore died Sunday, May 6, 2001, at Olive Branch Senior Care Center. He was 71. Born in Grayson, La., Mr. Fore had lived in Tallulah for 45 years. He was an Air Force veteran of Korea. He was a graduate of Louisiana Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree. He was employed with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farmers Home Administration for 29 years. He was also employed with Tallulah State Bank and Trust Company. He is survived by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Fore of Tallulah; two sons, Gregory Lee Fore of Tallulah and Rory Brian Fore of Gonzales, La.; a daughter, Julie Fore Millet of Prairieville, La.; his mother, Maudie D. Fore of West Monroe; two brothers, Troy Fore of Columbia and Roy Fore of Alexandria; three sisters, Alma Bauman of Sterlington, La., and Mary Ann Fore and Marty Shell, both of West Monroe; and four grandchildren. Services will be at 6 tonight at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah and 11 a.m. Wednesday at Mount Rose Cemetery in Grayson with the Rev. John Rushing officiating under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah. Visitation will follow the service tonight. Pallbearers will be A.J. Douglas, Howard Strebeck, Curtis Richardson, Harold Bauman, David Shell and Roy Dean Hodges. Honorary pallbearers will be G.W. Douglas, Don Burns and Cliff Burns.
