Frazier - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, August 6, 1981 Services for Mrs. Helen A. Frazier were held at 11 a.m. Friday in Memorial Park Chapel with the Rev. Esmond Moore officiating. Burial was in Monroe Memorial Cemetery under direction of Xxxx Funeral Home. Mrs. Frazier died Wednesday in Xxxxx after a short illness. She was a native of Crawsfordville, Ind., and a resident of Tallulah for 64 years. She was a member of the Eastern Star, D.A.R. and the Tallulah Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband Fred V. Frazier of Tallulah; two sons, Fred M. Frazier of Monroe and Keith Lyne Frazier of Cyprus Springs, Calif.; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
