Leo Abrams Freidman, Tallulah resident, died Wednesday, December 13th in a New Orleans hospital, following an illness of approximately one year. He was 42 years of age. A native of New York City, he had resided in this community the past 20 years. He was assistant manager of Max Levy & Co., Tallulah, and was a member of the Tallulah Chapter of the Masonic Lodge. Funeral services were held Thursday morning, December 14th at 10 o'clock in Bastrop, La., with Rabbi Schillman, of Vicksburg, officiating. Burial followed in the Bastrop Cemetery. Pallbearers were Travis Boone, George Boone, Levi Boone, E. W. Boone, Milton Freidman, Max Freidman. Besides his wife, Leo is survived by two brothers, Max Freidman, Tallulah; Milton Freidman, New Orleans; 2 sisters, Mrs. Hughes Robertson, New Orleans; Mrs. Fred Finklestein, New York City.
