"Granny" Frith - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal December 22, 1993 Funeral services for Mrs. Myrtle E. "Granny" Frith, 101, were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the First United Pentecostal Church with Rev. James Johnson officiating. Burial was at Delhi Masonic Cemetery under direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home. Mrs. Frith died Saturday at Delta Haven Nursing Home. She was a native of Ouachita Parish and had lived in Tallulah since the early 1920s. She was a member of the First United Pentecostal Church of Tallulah. Survivors include one son, G. D. Frith of Lucedale, Miss.; 23 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
