Fulford - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal March 11, 1998 Funeral services for Mr. Charles E. Fulford, age 58, were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 5, at Waverly Baptist Church with the Rev. Fred Hale officiating. Burial followed at Delhi Masonic Cemetery. Mr. Fulford died Tuesday, March 3, 1998, in Houston, Texas. He was born Oct. 29, 1939. Mr. Fulford was a lifelong member of Waverly Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Air Force for four years as a radio operator. Mr. Fulford was a farmer and an outdoorsman. Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Ethel Antley Fulford of Delhi; three sons: Chuck Fulford, Marty Fulford and Joey Fulford, all of Delhi; three brothers: William Fulford, James Fulford and Raymond Fulford, all of Delhi; his parents: Mr. and Mrs. Alford Fulford of Delhi; and six grandchildren. Pallbearers were Mike Wilson, Freddie Truelove, Jerry Ringle, Trent Drane, Don Raley and Kelly Coleman. Cox Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
