Gandy - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal December 5, 1990 Funeral services for Mrs. Ellen P. Gandy, 94, were at 3 p.m. Monday at Tallulah First Baptist Church with Rev. Jo). n Rushing officiating. Burial was in the Silver Cross Cemetery under direction of Crothers Funeral Home. Mrs. Gandy died Saturday at the Madison Parish Hospital after a long illness. She was a native of Edwards, Miss. and a resident of Tallulah for the past 76 years. She was a homemaker, a member of the Madison Parish Eastern Star Chapter #94 and a member of the Tallulah First Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, Col. (Retired) William F. Gandy of Ferriday and Dr. Thomas H. Gandy of Natchez; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Helen Loe of Tallulah and Mrs. Eleanor Terzia of Monroe; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Buddy Terzia, Thomas H. Gandy, William W. Gandy, William F. Gandy Jr., Jerry Arrington and Henry C. Sevier Jr.
