All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Fannie Pauline Lawrence Givens - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal May 29, 1996 Funeral services for Mrs. Fannie Pauline Lawrence Givens, age 72, were held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 29, 1996, in Willow Bayou Baptist Church with Rev. Bob Gilliland officiating. Burial followed at 2:30 p.m. in the Holly Springs Cemetery near Coushatta. Burial was under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home of Tallulah. Mrs. Givens died at her residence in Madison Parish after a lengthy illness. She was born in Coushatta and had lived in Madison Parish for 52 years. She was a housewife and a member and Sunday School teacher of Willow Bayou Baptist Church. Survivors include: her husband, Clinton Givens of Tallulah. 2 daughters , Lorraine Holley, Gulf Shores, Ala., Leigh Anne Givens of Transylvania; 4 sons, Garry C, Givens, Karnack, Texas, Frank Christopher Givens, Transylvania, Phillip Stanley Givens, Utah, Michael P. Givens, Sondheimer; 12 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Geneva Baldwin, Coushatta, Frances Maxwell, Shreveport. Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
