Funeral services for Mr. Michael P. Givens, 40, were held Friday, October 8, 1999 in the chapel of 
Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home of Tallulah with Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial followed at 
Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah.

Mr. Givens died on Oct. 6, 1999, in the Park View Medical Center, Vicksburg, Miss. 

He was a farmer and foreman for a grain elevator in Vicksburg. He was born in Delhi and was a life-long 
resident of Madison Parish. He was a graduate of' Tallulah Academy.

Mr. Givens is survived by his father: Clinton Givens, Tallulah; three brothers: Garry Givens, Karnack, 
Texas, Phillip S. Givens, Utah, Frank Christopher Givens, Transylvania, La.; two sisters: Lorraine Holley, 
Gulf Shores, Ala., Leigh Ann Givens, Tallulah; and several aunts and uncles.
