Goodrum - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, August 24, 1978 The funeral of James E. Goodrum of Tallulah was held Saturday at Crothers Funeral Home Chapel in Tallulah. Burial was in Silver Cross under the direction of Crothers Funeral Home of Tallulah. Mr. Goodrum died August 17 in a Shreveport nursing home after a lengthy illness. Survivors include one daughter, Carol Ann Marsala of Shreveport; one son, James E. Goodrum Jr. of Mathews; one brother, Walter Goodrum of Alexandria and four grandchildren. Pallbearers were Ralph Dowe, A. C. Ray, Nolan Wilson, Buddy Slaughter, Dave Wilson and Kolan Ray.
