Goza - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, January 20, 1977 Mrs. Annie W. Goza, 78, of Tallulah died Xxxxday night in the Memorial City Hospital in Houston, Tex. following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Goza was a native of Homewood and a resident of Tallulah for many years. She was a retired telephone operator, a member of the Tallulah First Methodist Church, the American Legion Auxiliary, Daughters of the American Revolution, and the Order of Eastern Star. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. in the First United Methodist with the Rev. E. J. Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Silver Cross Cemetery under the direction of Crothers Funeral Home. Survivors include two sons, Richard W. Goza of Houston and Jeff W. Goza of Tallulah; two brothers, Wilburn C. Windham of Tallulah and Leslie Murphy Windham of Crossett, Ark.; three sisters, Mrs. Nettie Brown of Crossett, Mrs. Jessie L. Ely and Mrs. Lena Mae Evans both of Lucedale, Miss.; six grandchildren and one great grandchild. Pallbearers will be Shields Bray, Billy Post, Bob Graves, R. E. Fowler, E. B Towne and Freddie Helton.
