All rights reserved. *********************************************************************************************** Archie Graham - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Monroe News-Star August 16, 1942 TALLULAH, La., Aug. 15. - (Special) - Funeral services for Archie Graham, 37, a resident of the Stockland community in Madison parish who died Thursday at Greenwell Springs, La., after a long illness were held from Williams Funeral Home chapel here Friday morning with the Rev. Clarence Crow, of the Tallulah Baptist church, officiating. Interment followed in Silver Cross cemetery here. He was a member of the Baptist church. Mr. Graham is survived by his mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. M. E. Machen, and the following brothers and sisters, Woodrow Graham, James E. Machen, Cecil Machen, Mrs. Novie White, of Texas, Mrs. Lola Flurry, Mrs. Eloyse Naff. The pallbearers were Garland Roberson, W. E. Roberson, Percy Hammons, Gus Flurry, H. M. Machen and A. J. Kennedy.
