All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Charles Isiah Grissom - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal January 20, 1972 Isiah Grissom rites held Funeral services were held Saturday at 10 a. m. for Charles Isiah Grissom. Services were at Crothers Funeral Chapel with Rev. Crawford Williams and Rev. Nat Heeth officiating. Burial was in Providence Memorial Cemetery. Mr. Grissom died unexpectedly at his home Thursday night. Ile was 48. A native of Fulton, Mo. he had been a resident of Madison Parish for nine years. He was a farmer and was a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Winnie Grissom; one son, Charles Grissom of Porterville. Mo.; one daughter, Janice Grissom of Porterville, Mo.; his mother, Mrs. C. D. Grissom of St. Joseph, Mo.; eight brothers and two sisters.
