All rights reserved. ************************************************ Clara Hodge Gullett - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post, October 27, 2004 Clara Hodge Gullett died Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2004, at River Region West. She was 83. Born in Madison Parish, Mrs. Gullett was a retired admissions director and assistant administrator of Delta Haven Nursing Home and Olive Branch Senior Care Center. She was a member of Mound Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Albert L. Gullett of Vicksburg; three sons, Charles H. Hodge Jr. of Houston, Texas, Ronald T. Hodge of South Korea and Donald R. Hodge of Mound; three daughters, Gloria Price and Louise Acuff, both of Vicksburg, and Janice Bassett of Inverness, Fla.; a sister, Grace Folk of Tallulah; four stepsons, Al Gullet Jr., John E. Gullet, Gregory T. Gullett and Ronald J. Gullett, all of Vicksburg; a stepdaughter, Rita Fowler of Vicksburg; 28 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren. Services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Mound Baptist Church with the Revs. Carl Barnes and James Busby officiating. Burial will follow at Silver Cross Cemetery under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 tonight at the funeral home. Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
