All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Mary Pickle Hale - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, June 10, 1976 Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Pickle Hale, 70, of Baton Rouge and formerly of Tallulah, were held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Crothers Funeral Home here, officiating was the Rev. Crawford Williams with burial in Silver Cross Cemetery here. Mrs. Hale died June 1 in Our Lady of Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge after a lengthy illness. A native of Mississippi, Mrs. Hale had lived in Baton Rouge for three years. Mrs. Hale was a retired bookkeeper and a member of the Winbourne Avenue Baptist Church in Baton Rouge. Survivors include one son, James Horn of Baton Rouge; two daughters, Mrs. Rosemary Logan of Dallas, Tex. and Mrs. Betty Wright of Abilene, Tex.; two brothers, David Pickle of Tallulah and George Pickle of Jackson, Miss.; two sisters, Mrs. Ernestine Weems of Columbia, Miss. and Mrs. Nancy Holloway of Baton Rouge; and five grandchildren.
