Hargon - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, November 22, 1988 Funeral services for Mrs. Florence W. Hargon, 77, were at 3 p.m. Friday at Crothers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Hyatt officiating. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery under direction of Crothers Funeral Home. Mrs. Hargon died Thursday at her residence after a short illness. She was born in Palestine, Arkansas and was a resident of Madison Parish for the past 65 years. She was a homemaker and a member of Tallulah First Presbyterian Church. Survivors include one son, Wallace Hargon of Monroe; two daughters, Florence Naron of Tallulah and Frances H. Smith of Oak Grove; five sisters, Dr. Ruth Rafferty of Memphis, Tn., Eugenia Ray of Maumel, Ark., Mary Pope of Charleston, Tn., Pauline Belott and Virginia Vanderhoogt, both of Tallulah; five grandchildren ; three great grandchildren. Pallbearers were J. T. Fulton, M. D. Beasley, James Hargon, Michael Hargon, Mark Hargon and Charles Brouillette.
