Ruby Manning Harkey - Madison Parish, Louisiana

TALLULAH — Ruby Manning Harkey died Sunday, March 28, 2004, at Olive Branch Senior Care 
Center in Tallulah. 

Born in Portland, Ark., Mrs. Harkey was a resident of Tallulah. She was a housewife and 
a member of First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Wayne Harkey; and a daughter, Margie 
Ruth “Toodlum” Harkey. 

Survivors include a son, Jeff W. Harkey of Monroe; and two grandchildren, John Harkey 
of Monroe and Jenny Kate Harkey Holt of Lake Providence. 

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah with the 
Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood 
Funeral Home.
