All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Annie Jewell Harvey - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post, May 14, 2007 TALLULAH - Annie Jewell Harvey died Friday, May 11, 2007, at her home in the Montrose community. She was 92. Mrs. Harvey was born and reared in Philadelphia, Miss. She had lived in Montrose since 1939, operating a farm with her husband. She was a homemaker and former employee of Kaufman's and Walters Furniture Company. She was a charter member of Montrose Baptist Church and a member of First Baptist Church of Tallulah. She was preceded in death by a son, Luther Edwin Harvey; her husband, Luther Luster Harvey; and a sister, Mary Franklin Landers. She is survived by one son, William Wallace Harvey of Wasilla, Alaska; one daughter, Faye H. Maxwell of Tallulah; 11 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church of Tallulah with the Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial will follow at Silver Cross Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 tonight at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Gerald Collins and John Collins.
