N. Harvey, 83, Dies; Veteran Madison Official Joseph Noland Harvey, lifetime resident of Madison Parish and former Clerk of court for 27 years, died Wednesday night in a Monroe hospital. He was 83. Funeral service was a graveside service at the Silver Cross Cemetery Thursday afternoon at 4 p. m. with the Rev. William S. Spilman officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Young's Funeral Home. Mr. Harvey was past master .of the Tallulah Masonic Lodge No. 308, and past patron of the Eastern Star, Madison Chapter No. 94. His is survived by one son, J. Noland Harvey, Jr., Monroe; one daughter, Mrs. M. S. McCaffrey, New Orleans; two grandchildren, J. Noland, III, and Paul Harvey; one brother, W. H. Harvey, Tallulah; and three sisters, Mrs. Leo Shields of Tallulah, Mrs. E. W. Cook, Anguilla, Miss., and Mrs. Fred Johnson, Shreveport. Pallbearers were: R. R. Spigener, J. W. Rogillio, Ed Lott, T. A. Cagnolatti, Henry Horn, Whit Erwin, Jack Lott and Rod Naylor.
