All rights reserved. *********************************************************************************************** Charles Orian Hattaway - Madison Parish, Louisiana Charles Orian Hattaway, 63, of Hamburg died Thursday, February 12, 2012, in the Ashley County Medical Center in Crossett after a lengthy illness. A native of Tallulhah, LA, he had been a resident of Hamburg for 22 years. He was a farmer and member of the Church of Christ and loved to hunt and fish. Survivors include his wife, Judy Stanley Hattaway; one daughter, Audra Hattaway Clark and husband Oscar of Hamburg; two sons, Chaz S. Hattaway and wife Sarah and C. Taylor Hattaway, all of Hamburg; his mother, Joan Smith Hattaway of Tallulah; two sisters, Linda H. Evans and husband Jimmy of Tallullah and Brenda J. Sansone and husband Johnny of Monroe, LA; four grandchildren, Dakota and wife Danyell, Hope Clark and Gracie and Ryder Hattaway; a great-grandchild, Kane Clark of Hamburg, a special aunt, Berry Hattaway Neuman; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Orian Hattaway; a brother, James Boyd; and his grandparents, Claude and Lilly Hattaway and Hilrey and Eunice Smith. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 4, in the chapel of Carothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah with Bros. Bill Bearden and Ricky Parker officiating. Pallbearers were Alex and Drew Evans, Jared and Jordan Sansone, Dakota Clark, and Jay and Jimmy Hattaway. Honorary pallbearers were Gary Johns, Mike Lewis, Richard Estes and Eddie, Alan and Gary Hattaway. Burial followed at the Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
