A cremation ceremony for Mrs. Norma Dean Hattaway, age 83, will be held Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah, Louisiana, with Bro. Jay Parker officiating. Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow the cremation ceremony at Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah.

Mrs. Hattaway passed away Saturday, May 1, 2021, at her home in Tallulah. She was born March 30, 1938, in Castor, Louisiana, to William Clyde and Gracie Lucille Hadwin Lee. She worked at Richmond Shop Minute in Tallulah for many years, cheerfully greeting everyone who came through the door.

Mrs. Hattaway is preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Lucille Lee; husbands, J.H. Ramshur and J.M. Hattaway; brother, Rickey Lee, and daughter, Sandra Jay Ramshur Isbell. She is survived by two sons, Randy Ramshur and wife, Carmen of Tallulah, Louisiana, Rich Ramshur and wife, Teresa of Tallulah, Louisiana; two daughters, Angel Mobley and husband, Michael of Tallulah, Louisiana, and Diane O’Neal and husband, MoDale of Oak Grove, Louisiana; two daughters-in-law, Brenda Hattaway of Texas, and Betty Ramshur of Monroe, Louisiana; and one sister, Joan Erwin and husband, Lloyd “Shorty” Erwin of Tallulah, Louisiana. She had 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Others honoring Mrs. Hattaway will be Bodie McDonald and Len Laughman.
