COLUMBIA (Special) — Thomas W. Hendrix, 61, passed away early Saturday evening in a Columbia hospital.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Grace Purnell Hendrix; two sons, T. E. Hendrix, El Paso, Tex. and Billy P. Hendrix, Florence, Ala.; one daughter, Mrs. Agnes H. Ray, Willits, Calif.; and five grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete pending arrival of relatives, but will be under direction of Riser and Sons Funeral home.
