All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Florence Marie Hetland - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, April 7, 1967 Services Held Sunday For Mrs. Hetland Funeral services for Mrs. Florence Marie Hetland, 78, who died in Delta Haven Nursing Home Saturday morning after a brief illness, were held Sunday at 2 p. m. Services were conducted in the Tallulah Methodist Church with the Rev. Clark Pell officiating. Burial followed in Silver Cross Cemetery under the direction of Crothers Funeral Home. She was a native of Sioux City, Iowa and had been a resident of Madison Parish for the past 30 years. She was a bus driver for Tallulah schools for a number of years. She is survived by one son, James Hetland, Sondheimer; one daughter, Mrs. June White, Tallulah, two sisters, Mrs. Jeanne Manning, St. Louis, Mo., and .Mrs. Grace Naylor, Moose Jaw, Canada; four grandchildren and one great grandchild. Pallbearers were Manfred Gustafson, Charlie Arneson, Ed Palmby, Bilbo Sullivan, J. W. Ellis and Cleburn Ashley.
