Mrs. Bonnie Price Holmes, age 86, passed quietly after a lengthy illness on November 27, 2014, 
at her residence.

Funeral services for Mrs. Holmes will be Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 11:00 A. M., at Parkview 
Baptist Church in Tallulah, with Bro. Ron Burch officiating. Visitation will precede the funeral from 
9:00 to 11:00 A. M.

Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah, La., under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood 
Funeral Home.

Mrs. Holmes was born November 27, 1928, in Enterprise, La., to Alvah and Lois Price. She married 
Alfred A. Holmes and has resided in Tallulah since 1949. Bonnie was a retired LPN nurse and homemaker, 
who was never far from her family or kitchen. She was a long time member and dedicated choir member 
of Parkview Baptist Church.

Bonnie is preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Holmes and her daughter, Phyllis Williams.

She is survived by her son Darryl Holmes of Vicksburg, Ms., her son Shelby Holmes and wife, Eva of Tallulah, 
her son Mark Holmes and wife Cathy of St. Joseph, La., her daughter Karen Cobb and husband Rod, of Tallulah, 
12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Bryan Holmes, Tracy Holmes, Lynn Holmes, Steven Holmes, David Cobb, 
Michael Henson, Phillip Henson, and great-grandson Andrew Holmes.
