All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Kellie Holt - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, November 16, 1978 The funeral of Mrs. Kellie Holt, 90, Tallulah was held Monday in the United Methodist Church of Tallulah with the Rev. Ned Stout officiating. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery under direction of Crothers Funeral Home of Tallulah. Mrs. Holt died Sunday morning in Delta Haven Nursing Home in Tallulah after a lengthy illness. She was a native of Springfield, Mo. and had lived in Madison Parish for 53 years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Survivors include a son, Lloyd J. Holt of Chula Vista, Calif.; three daughters, Mrs. Charles Simmons of Cudahy, Calif., Maxine Holt and Mary M. Holt, both of Tallulah; a sister, Mrs. Rena Hood of Pittsburg, Kan; eight grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Barton M. Sevier, James D. Sevier Jr., Jimmy Wilkens, Elra H. Townsend Jr., Jeff Goza and Myron Bailey.
