Hooter - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal January 6, 1999 Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah E. Hooter, age 80, were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 3, at Parkview Baptist Church of Tallulah with the Rev. Dennis Realford officiating. Burial followed in the Faith Memorial Park Cemetery in Delhi. Mrs. Hooter died Friday. Jan. 1. 1999. in St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe after a lengthy illness. She was born in Franklin Parish and had lived in Madison Parish about 52 years. She was a homemaker and a member of Parkview Baptist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Charlotte Johnson of Tallulah and Bobbie McAlhaney of Deerfield Beach. Fla.; one brother, Wallace Perry of Baton Rouge: seven grandchildren: and 12 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Jerry Smith, Harold Bolton, Russell Hicks, Rusty Hicks, Doug Mayberry and Mickey Melton. Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
