All rights reserved. *********************************************************************************************** Kathryn Hopper "Memmy" Adams - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Unknown publication Funeral services for Kathryn Hopper "Memmy" Adams, age 86, of Shreveport, LA will be held at 2PM, Sunday, September 14, 2003 in the Cox Funeral Chapel-Delhi. Rev. Herman Savoie will officiate. Interment will follow in the Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah, LA under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Delhi. Mrs. Adams was born on November 18, 1916 in Haynesville, LA to the late Thomas Henry Harkey and Essie Forest Whayne Harkey. She was a retired sales clerk with O'Neal's Department Store in Delhi. She was a longtime resident of Delhi until moving to be nearer to family. She is preceded in death by her parents; the father of her children, Cramer Hopper, Sr, and by her second husband, Lyle Adams. She is survived by her sister, Ruth Olvey of Tallulah and a brother-in-law, Calvin Hopper of Jackson, Mississippi. Also surviving her are her children, Cramer H. Hopper, Jr. of Atlanta, GA, John T. Hopper and his wife Sandy of Monroe, Judi Curtis Gaharan and her husband, Dee of Shreveport, Jarrell C. Hopper and his wife Lynn of Baton Rouge, Thomas R. "Randy" Hopper and his wife Melanie of Perdido Bay, Fl, grandchildren, Kevin, Jay, John, Katie, Jessie and Emily Hopper, Kristi Vinson, Mark Curtis, Courtney and Jason Greer and great grandchildren, Samuel and Benjamin Hopper. Pallbearers will be her grandsons; Kevin, Jay and John Hopper, Jason Greer, grandson-in-law Tod Vinson and her nephew, Jeff Harkey.
