All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Johnny Ray Hutson - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal March 1, 2000 Funeral services for Mr. Johnny Ray Hutson, 68, of Tallulah, were held Sunday, Feb. 27, 2000 in the First Baptist Church in Tallulah with Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial followed in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home. Mr. Hutson died early Friday, Feb. 25, in the St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, Miss., after a lengthy illness. He was born in Archibald, La., and had lived in Madison Parish for 35 years. He worked for Yerger Oil Company and Fox's Pizza in Tallulah. Survivors include his wife: Patricia Ann Hutson, Tallulah; two daughters: Jeannie Holloway and husband Courtney, and Janet Grady and husband Charles, both of Tallulah; two grandchildren: Eric and Molly Holloway, Tallulah, and numerous nieces and nephews; four sisters: Margarette Woodard, Start, La.; Bertha Sue Buckley, Houston, Texas; Lenora Upshaw, West Monroe, La.; and Sunshine Searcy, Pearl, Miss.; one brother: Bobby Hutson, West Monroe. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Roberta Hutson, of Archibald. Pallbearers will he Dalton Fortenberry, Kirby Fortenberry, Buford Fortenberry, Paul Fortenberry, Robby Fortenberry, Frank "Bilbo" Wilson, John Neill, and Bill Good. Honorary pallbearers will be nephews.
