All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Margaret Jacobs - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, December 8, 1967 Funeral Services Held Thursday For Mrs. Jacobs Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Jacobs, 85, who died at the Madison Parish Hospital Tuesday after a brief illness, were held Thursday. Services were conducted at 10 a. m. Thursday at Crothers Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Bobby Brown officiating. Burial followed in Silver Cross Cemetery under the direction of Crothers Funeral Home. Mrs. Jacobs was a native of Advance, Mo., and was a member of the Methodist Church. She leaves a son, Frank Jacob of Tallulah; one daughter, Mrs. W. A. Pilliars of Delhi; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Bill Whittaker, Howard Carney, Bobby McCarty, Beecher Lowery, Carl French and Charles Tonnang.
