All rights reserved. ************************************************ Oliver Thornton Jacobs - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post July 12, 2002 TALLULAH - Oliver Thornton Jacobs died Wednesday, July 10, 2002, at his home in Tallulah. He was 91. Born in Bell City, Mo., Mr. Jacobs had lived in Tallulah for 23 years. He was a retired truck driver and a member of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Ora Eva Callow Jacobs of Tallulah; nieces, nephews and other relatives. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial will follow at Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 tonight at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Ernest Williams Jr., Raymond Stanfield, Curt Faulconer, Michael Williamson and Adam Jacobs.
