Many friends assembled to bear silent attestation of their regret over the said incident of his death in the meridian of the life to which he had attained. He was a respected citizen, a Mason in good standing and a devoted husband and father. He had many of life's difficulties, but with the aid of a devoted wife the future looks bright and promising. His passing away was not only regretted, but intensely sad. To the devoted mother, the loving wife and the interesting children a full meed of sympathy is extended. In the beautiful Masonic rite the words "Alas my brother" found a silent response in the hearts of those who had assembled to show respect for lamenting the dead. M. B. Y.
