All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ John Henry Joyner - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, October 8, 1981 Services for John Henry Joyner were at 2 p.m. Monday in Crothers Funeral Home chapel officiated by the Rev. Crawford Williams. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery. Mr. Joyner died Saturday in Madison Parish Hospital after an illness. He was a Morton, Miss., native and a Madison Parish resident for 13 years. He was a retired mechanic for the Chicago Mill Box Factory and a member of Roselawn Baptist Church in Roselawn. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Eula Thelma Lancaster Joyner of Tallulah; a daughter, Mrs. Doris Rosena Arnold of Bristol, Va.; two brothers, Wallace Joyner of Monroe, and Herbert Joyner of Rayville; two sisters, Mrs. Annie Rainbolt and Mrs. Odelle Watson, both of Rayville; five grandchildren ; and nine great-grandchildren.
