Kent Jr. - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, February 20, 1975 William S. Kent Jr., 59, died last xxxsday morning at the George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D. C. Born in Natchez, he had lived in Delta since 1965 after retiring from the Air Force. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Episcopal Church. He leaves a niece, Mrs. Raymond H. xxx of Falls Church, Va.; one nephew, Burney Long of Mount Pleasant, Virginia, three great-nephews and three great-nieces. Funeral services were Monday at 11 a.m. from Fisher Funeral Chapel in Vicksburg with Rev. Raymond H. Case, pastor of Idylwood Presbyterian Church of Falls Church, Va., and Rev. Robert Saul, rector of Christ Episcopal Church, officiating. Burial was in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Vicksburg. Pallbearers were Claude Brady, James Hilt, Kenneth King, Oscar Beaupre, E B. Towne Jr., and Adam Worling.
