All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Edna Kimbrough - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, January 29, 1960 Services For Mrs. Kimbrough Held Saturday Morning Funeral services for Mrs. Edna Kimbrough, 84, who died last Friday morning in a Vicksburg, nursing home after a lengthy illness were held at 10 a. m. Saturday morning at the Tallulah Methodist Church with the Rev. William F. Mayo officiating. Burial followed in the Silver Cross Cemetery under the direction of Crothers Funeral Home. She was a member of the Methodist Church and had been active in various women's societies before becoming ill. Survivors include one son, George Kimbrough, Tallulah; four sisters, Mrs. J. J. McCain, Meridian, Miss., Mrs. Will Freeman, Mrs. Grady Risen and. Mrs. Harry Russell, all of Waynesboro, Miss.; two brothers, John Burge, Jackson, Miss., and K. Y. Burge, Shreveport, and one granddaughter. PaIlbearers were Rod Naylor, Walter Erickson, J. C. Sherwin, Lamar T. Loe, Sr., R. L. Bailey, Jr., C. B. DeMoss, Jr., M. A. Phillips and W. P. Sevier, Jr. Honorary pallbearers were L. G. Storey, H. C. Sevier, Sr., A. L. Sevier, Sr., W. E. Regenold, Dr. H. S. Provine and Lloyd Gilbert.
