All rights reserved. ************************************************ Beulah Truman King - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Monroe News-Star, November 30, 2006 Feb. 7, 1925 - Nov. 24, 2006 Funeral services for Mrs. Beulah Truman King, 95, of Tallulah formerly of Delhi will be held at 2:00PM, Thursday, November 30, 2006 in the Chapel of Cox Funeral Home of Delhi. Rev. Don Thornton will officiate. Interment will be in the Delhi Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Delhi. Visitation will be held from 1:00PM-2:00PM Thursday at Cox Funeral Home. Mrs. King died Tuesday at St. Francis Medical Center. She is preceded in death by her husband, Homer Pratt King; her parents, Turner Fuller and Genie Fuller; granddaughter, Janet Ramsey; two brothers, Stiles and Richard Fuller and two sisters, Thelma Doss and Maggie Lewis. She is survived by three daughters, Joyce Scurria and husband Dr. Samuel P. of Delhi, LA, Martha Robinson and husband Howard of Monroe, LA and Zoy Ramsey and husband Alan of Centerville, GA; nine grandchildren, Dr. Philip Scurria, Dr. Mark Scurria, Catherine Gough, Julie Blades, Tom Ramsey, Mike Ramsey, Jim Ramsey, Lisa Stokes and Dina Cooper and twenty one great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Dr. Philip Scurria, Dr. Mark Scurria, Steven Gough, Gene Blades, Bradley Scurria and Stuart Scurria. The family wishes to give special thanks to Mrs. Mary Jane Eiland and the Olive Branch Senior Care, Dr. David Scott Burkett, Dr. James Smith, Dr. Melissa Smith, the Nurses & Staff of CCU and Nurses & Staff of 3rd Floor of St. Francis.
