All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Maude Hunt King - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, February 4, 1982 Services for Mrs. Maude Hunt King were at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Crothers Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Crawford Williams officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery. Mrs. King died Sunday in the Huntsville Medical Center in Huntsville, Ala., after a long illness. She was a native of Essex, Mo., and lived in Tallulah most of her life before moving to Huntsville. Survivors include two sons, C. S. King of Huntsville, Paul T. King of Hot Springs, Ark.; brother, C. R. Hunt of Los Angeles: sister, Mrs. Bessie Aaron of Campbell, Mo.; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were M. C. Stone, R. E. Brown, James Morse, Charles Weeks, Carlos Walker and Myron Erwin.
