All rights reserved. **************************************************************************************************************************************** Wayne King Madison Parish, LA February 2, 1936 ~ January 7, 2021 (age 84) From Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home Tallulah, LA January 10, 2021 A graveside service for Mr. Wayne King, age 84, will be held Sunday, January 10, 2021, at 1:00 PM at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah, Louisiana, with Bro. Butch Goodman officiating under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah. Mr. King passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021, at Legacy Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Tallulah. He was born February 2, 1936, in Black Oak, Arkansas, to Marvin Westley and Luna B. Dawson King. Mr. King and his wife, Marcella, made their home in Transylvania, Louisiana, where they raised four children. He was a member and Deacon at Melbourne Baptist Church and loved to sing in the choir. Mr. King is survived by his beloved wife of 68 years, Marcella; two sons, Jerry King (Melba Rushing King), and Ronnie King (Dana Williams King); two daughters, Debbie King Tuggle (Hurby Tuggle), and Melissa King Taves (Donavon Taves); 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be his grandsons, Kiley King, William King, Garrett Taves, Bransen Taves, Clint Harper, Chad Guyton, and Britt Grady.
