He was an expert witness in textile flammability. He was a Naval Officer during WWII. Beloved husband of Donna Ruhlman LeBlanc. Father of Bruce and Helaine LeBlanc, Destin and Cathy LeBlanc, Greg and Jane LeBlanc, Carman and Les Herndon, Sophia LeBlanc Thomas and Ann LeBlanc. Step-father of Tracy and Eric Wellmann, Christy and Kevin Czarnecki, Cortney and Kevin Godin. Brother of Hugh "Mickey" L. LeBlanc and the late Paul and Melvin LeBlanc. Also survived by 16 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Age 83 years. A native of Alexandria, LA, a former resident of Tallulah, LA and a resident of Mandeville, LA for the past 3.5 years. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral mass on Friday, May 9, 2008 at 10:00 AM from E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433.
